The user guide for BlueSoleil is in PDF format which makes it very easy to open and find the required information. By default, your browser should open the PDF file in its native mode without installing any other apps or modules/extensions.

Remove everything from your computer related to Bluesoleil and clean the registry files with a tool designed for this job (CCleaner should be fine) then download a new package of the application and install it. You can download the support package from the official website, but notice that Windows 95 is a very old OS. However, you may be lucky if you install the mentioned package.
You can obtain the software and the drivers from the official website of the product. Click on Check Details for additional options regarding the software and drivers.
For the Bluesoleil to work you will need to have a compatible Bluetooth device (internal or external). After you install the drivers for the Bluetooth device you will have the possibility to use Bluesoleil -- the application strongly depends on the Bluetooth installation on your computer. Without the drivers installed, you will receive errors, or it will not work at all.
To disable the startup item, you need to use the Microsoft Configuration utility. To do this, go to Start > Run and type msconfig. If you're using Windows Vista or higher, make sure you confirm the running operations with the Administrator privileges. Once the window with the configuration options revealed, select Startup and disable Bluesoleil. Restart the computer and the application will be prevented from starting once you're in the desktop mode.
The easiest way to create an audio connection is through the device pair process. Firstly, start the connection wizard and click on Search devices.
